Proposal setups are special, personal and carefully planned — but they can also be affected by weather, access, location suitability, photographer availability and rebooking dates. This page explains the key terms clearly before a booking is secured.
Every Event Co. is committed to creating beautiful, reliable and well-planned proposal experiences. This disclaimer explains the key booking terms around weather, location suitability, photography, rebooking and refunds, so every client understands what to expect before confirming a hire.
Outdoor proposal and event setups are weather-sensitive. Setups will not proceed in conditions that are considered unsuitable, including rain, high winds, extreme weather or unsafe ground conditions.
Photography may be available for selected proposal bookings, but it is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for all dates or rebooked dates.
If poor weather or unforeseen circumstances affect the booking, Every Event Co. will work with the client to arrange a new date, subject to availability.
All proposed setup locations must be suitable, accessible and safe. Every Event Co. reserves the right to refuse setup if the location is unsuitable, restricted or unsafe.
All proposal and hire bookings are strictly non-refundable once secured. No money will be returned for customer-led changes, cancellations, change of mind, unsuitable locations or weather-related disruption.
Because outdoor proposal setups can be affected by weather, ground conditions and access, clients are strongly advised to have a suitable backup indoor location before booking.
