Outdoor Hire, Weather & Location Suitability

Outdoor proposal setups are weather-sensitive. Setups will not proceed in rain, high winds, extreme weather, unsafe ground conditions or locations that are unsuitable for access and setup.

A suitable indoor backup location is strongly recommended for all outdoor proposal bookings.

All proposed locations must be safe, accessible and suitable. If the location is unsafe, restricted, unsuitable or does not allow practical setup and collection, Every Event Co. may be unable to proceed at that location.

Proposal setups are specialist bookings and have their own terms and conditions covering weather, rebooking, location suitability, access, photographer availability and non-refundable bookings.

All bookings are strictly non-refundable once secured. Where possible, Every Event Co. will work with clients to reschedule within the stated rebooking terms if poor weather or unforeseen circumstances affect the original booking.
